What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum in practical terms?+
Silver is best if you are self-driven and want a clear method, templates, and light support while you execute. Gold is best if you want a mentor to keep you accountable, review your execution, and help you iterate faster. Platinum is best if you need the highest support level and want to reduce the time you spend on application operations so you can focus on conversations and interviews.
Who are the mentors?+
Ecobe works with mentors who bring different perspectives, depending on what you need. They come from different industries and backgrounds, including certified career development coaches, experienced HR leaders, senior managers who hire and lead teams, and younger mentors who are closer to today's market dynamics and tools. A strong week usually includes a short planning block, two outreach blocks, one interview prep block if relevant, and a tracker review. Speed comes from tight targeting, batching, and quick iteration on messages. Most people feel progress when they move from random applications to a consistent outreach rhythm and start converting warm introductions.
How much time do I need per week, and what if I am already interviewing?+
You do not need full-time availability, but you do need consistency. A few focused hours per week are enough to keep momentum. If you are already interviewing, the priority shifts to interview prep and negotiation while you keep a smaller but steady outreach pipeline running.
What kind of support do I get from mentors?+
Mentors help you make clearer decisions, improve how you present your profile, and stay consistent. You should expect direct feedback, practical guidance, and support that is tailored to your situation, without pressure or exaggeration.
Is my job search confidential?+
Yes. We treat your search as confidential. Your documents and discussions are only used to support you, and nothing is shared externally unless you explicitly request it. If discretion is important, we help you keep your search low visibility.
How do payments work, and what about the installments?+
The programs are offered in installments to make the investment more manageable during a transition. The full amount is still due. If you secure a role before all installments are paid, the remaining installments are still payable.
Do you guarantee I will find a job?+
