Ecobe Autopilot is a Chrome extension built for Ecobe Academy career coaching clients (Partnership plan) and their coaches, to help fill out job application forms using the user's own logged-in session on job sites such as LinkedIn.
When activated on a job posting page, the extension reads the visible form fields on that page and pre-fills them using information the user has already provided to Ecobe Academy (CV/profile data, application answers), always asking for the user's confirmation before anything is submitted. The extension does not submit any application without an explicit user action.

Communication happens only between the extension and Ecobe Academy's own backend services (ecobeadmin.com and vianexu.site), which the user already has an account with as an Ecobe Academy client or coach.
Data used to fill applications is the same profile data already stored in the user's Ecobe Academy account, governed by Ecobe Academy's Terms and Conditions accepted at signup. No additional data is created or retained by the extension itself beyond local browser storage used for the extension's own settings.
